Bring your event to Celestial!
Please use the web form below to let us know about the event, workshop, or ceremony that you'd like to bring to Celestial. After you fill out the Event Request Form a Celestial Meister will contact you. Please give as much information as possible. Not all events are guaranteed approval. Tenured affiliates and Meister curated events take priority. Our venue rental sheet can be found here. We look forward to collaborating with you! All Event Requests must contain the following for approval:
- 1080px w x 1080px h Instagram Graphic
- 1920px w x 1080px h Facebook Event Cover Photo Graphic
- 2 Paragraph Summary of event schedule, flow, functions and expectations
- Desired Event Date & Frequency
- Who should attend
- What will be taking place
- When it will be taking place & duration
- Where it will be taking place
- Why the community should come & How Much it will cost for community attendees and non-member attendees of the public.
Scheduling Your Request
We can facilitate partial, full, and multiple day events. Be sure to include your desired starting and ending time frame when scheduling your request. We typically request 60 days advanced notice before booking your event in order to properly service your event. Tenured affiliates and Meister curated events take priority.
Amenities
Different Celestial sites offer different event amenities. If you have specific event needs we ask that you include them in your event synopsis. When a Celestial Meister responds to your inquiry your event amenity needs will be addressed accordingly.
Trash
As we are a conscious community, we ask that you actively participate in the minimization of waste and trash. We have composting available for certain kinds of food waste and can happily render assistance in assembling resources for waste management through the Celestial Network. Please ask your Celestial representative about site conservation and maintenance guidelines. Pack it in, Pack it out
