JOB DESCRIPTION:

     Membership Services Director takes care of all tasks related to memberships of Live Celestial. These tasks often include managing the membership database, inducting new members into the association, handling membership fees, processing payments, and ensuring a high quality of customer service for all patron members.

Membership Services Director manages the recruitment, on-boarding, training, scheduling, and performance of members. Membership Services Director is responsible for daily, weekly and monthly activities in the member services function for Live Celestial. Membership Services Director collects data on member inquiries and service requests in order to conduct analysis to identify trends and recommend solutions. Membership Services Director ensures service representatives follow established policies for addressing member inquiries and meet service quality standards and goals.

Additionally, Membership Services Director requires previous experience. Membership Services Director reports to Site Director. Membership Services Director manages members in the day-to-day performance of their jobs, education and activities. A true first level manager. Membership Services Director must demonstrate extensive knowledge of department processes. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Handling all questions, information requests, and complaints regarding membership.
  • Processing membership applications, renewals, and resignations.
  • Maintaining and updating membership records.
  • Assisting with member communication activities.
  • Collecting data, tracking membership statistics, and preparing reports.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to recruit new members.
  • Coordinating with the accounting department to track membership revenue.
  • Preparing membership marketing materials.
  • Organizing events and activities for existing and prospective members.
